French Property Insider Advertising
There are several ways you can advertising your property, goods or services within French Property Insider.
1. Hot Property Advertorial Text Message Inside Weekly Newsletter
If you have property for sale, you may advertise your property as a HOT PROPERTY in an "advertorial" style text message inside the French Property Insider newsletter. Should a sale result from our contact/referral, you will be obligated to pay 2.5% of the selling price as a finders fee.
Initial set-up fee $95 which will be deducted from the 2.5% commission should the property sell as a result of our promotion.
2. Online Web Page Advertising with Photos
If you have property for sale or rent, you may advertise your property in our Property Pages on the French Property Insider Web site. You may submit up to 4 photos plus a description of your property of 150 words or less.
Initial set-up fee $95 plus:
3 Months $210• 6 Months $360• 12 Months $600
Changes to ad: $25 per change3. Text Message Inside Weekly Newsletter
Your message will be read by our subscribers when you advertise in the French Property Insider Newsletter. Issued Thursdays, you may have 50 words or less in a text message bordered to indicate that it is a paid announcement. For example:
